| 2/14/2014 For Valentines Day, I wanted to make my honey a nice breakfast. He loves biscuits (I’m not a fan.) I decided to make a breakfast biscuit/muffin with his favorites, including apples, brown sugar, cinnamon and oats. It’s quick, easy, and made with ingredients that are usually on hand in our home. These bake up quick, since I'm starting with a biscuit ready for the oven and they take no time at all to prep. Pop them into the oven and in no time I'm serving up some love! I tried them first (as every good cook should) and to me they tasted like pancakes and I love pancakes. His eyes brightened and he loved them, especially since he had just come back in from shoveling, for the 10th time this year! Hope you enjoy them too! Let me know how you like them and the many variations on this theme that you come up with. Looking forward to hearing from you.P.S. the briefcase to his left is the Valentines Day present I just got for him for work. He's not a gusher, but I think he liked it. | |
Looks good, happy, oh no almost gone and last bite "To bad I'll never eat this again!" But wait, you wrote it down! Yeah!
